I flew to Bangkok one early Saturday morning in December 2018 to attend an International Conference in Education at Amari Watergate. After the morning session was over, participants and organizers went to eat lunch at Amari's Amaya Food Gallery. There were different cuisines to choose from.
Amaya was in market style. Each cuisine had its own spot and diners had to go there to get food. There were times I had to fall in line, but it was totally fine.
There was much food to taste but so little time. Before I knew it, lunch was over. It was time to go back to the function room for the thesis presentation.
Amari Watergate Bangkok is located in front of Platinum Mall in Pratunam. You can walk from Central World to the hotel. The Amaya Food Gallery is located on the 4th floor. Breakfast starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 10:00 AM. Meanwhile, lunch is from 12:00 noon to 2:30 PM and dinner is from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
